Welcome to join in the 2020 3rd International Conference on Signal Processing and Information Communications (ICSPIC 2020)， which will be held in Bali, Indonesia during January 18-20, 2020.

For papers submitted to ICSPIC 2020, we offer the publications as following:
1. Publication in JCM. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in Journal of Communications (ISSN: 1796-2021 (Online); 2374-4367 (Print)), which will be indexed by SCOPUS; DBLP; INSPEC; etc.

2. Publication in IJSPS. Submissions will be peer reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in International Journal of Signal Processing Systems (IJSPS, ISSN: 2315-4535), which will be indexed by Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, Google Scholar, Crossref, etc.
