Conference Description

Submitted papers will be reviewed by both the conference committees and IJFCC editorial board, and accepted papers of ICNCS2023 will be published into in the International Journal of Future Computer and Communication as a special issue, which will be indexed by Crossref, Electronic Journals Library, INSPEC(IET), Google Scholar, EBSCO, etc.
