Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by the conference committees and international reviewers. Accepted papers will be collected into ICARA 2024 Conference Proceedings, which will be published and submitted to IEEE Xplore. Those papers will be indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus and other main academical databases.
